Skills and Knowledge Assessment 1: Reflective Writing Task

For the purpose of this assessment, you are required to write answers to each of the questions outlined below, giving your answers as if you were a team leader/manager of a small team. In your answers be sure to provide information that reflects your own leadership and management style that you would use in a position of employment.
